Christmas on the Pecos

Well last night Paul's work bought tickets for everyone to go for a boat ride on the Pecos and see all the Christmas lights. It was wonderful! The ride lasted about 45 minutes and there were tons of lights. We tried to take a lot of pictures, but we obviously don't know how to use our camera while moving so a lot of them didn't turn out. So I have posted a quite a few of the ones that did turn out. It is something that we will definiately do again. We finally had decent weather yesterday so last night wasn't too cold.

Albuquerque

Last month the Laurels and Priests got to go Albuquerque for the BYU vs New Mexico football game. The youth also went to the temple at 5:30 that morning and then to Golden Corral for breakfast. Paul and I got to go as chaperones. We had a really fun time. The other kids stayed at a members home and didn't miss us at all!

One of the girls didn't think that neither the Bishop, Paul or I had enough BYU spirit so they added some blue to us. Dillon loved getting his picture taken with the cheerleaders :) There is a picture of a hat that was worn by a New Mexico fan. I couldn't help but take his picture as the hat was funny!

Snow!!

Well we got 4 inches of snow last night!!!! So far the school is only delayed 2 hours, but we are hoping they will cancel it all together especially since we are expecting another couple inches by this afternoon. As you can see, the kids are loving the snow. This is the first time in 3 years for Connor and Becky to play in the snow.
